1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PharmaMG mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PharmaMG is a mobile application that helps users in Madagascar find nearby pharmacies, browse available medications, compare prices, and place orders for pickup. The App also provides pharmacy management tools for pharmacy owners and staff.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App require you to create an account. You may sign up using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Browsing pharmacies, viewing medications, and accessing the map do not require an account.

4. Medical Disclaimer

PharmaMG is NOT a medical service. The App provides information about pharmacy locations and medication availability only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any medication.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Orders and Transactions

Orders placed through the App are subject to pharmacy confirmation and availability. Prices displayed in the App are provided by the pharmacies and may change without notice. PharmaMG is not responsible for pricing errors by pharmacies.

Payment is handled at the pharmacy upon pickup. PharmaMG does not process payments directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and features of the App are the property of PharmaMG and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

PharmaMG is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: medication availability, pharmacy operating hours, pricing accuracy, or any health-related decisions made based on App content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
